Court speeding fine
Hello all, I had a court speeding fine after they issued a sjp despite my protestations to the police using constitutional common law as my argument & did not contract with them. Anyway they ignored all my letters & then when I didn’t enter a plea as asked further questions of their role etc, they just issued a court fine with no notice of an actual hearing or anything, with £700 fine & 4 points. Notice that the points were sanctioned on my liscence before my appeal! ! I have appealed of course, but wondering if anyone can help with the best strategy to defend the appeal.
