response to county court claim
hello - can anyone advise how to deal with a court and tribunal claim that I have received made by a DCA for a parking charge - this is after I sent them SAR letter 5. I presume its best not to ignore this form and return it? What written defence do I submit - that they are are in breach of GDPR etc - is there specific wording for this or just from the letters. i find it incredible that they are still taking it further despite all the letters and cease and desist etc for the sake of £200. any advice gratefully received.
