Just cranked in 5 hours of work on creating the best of the system for gamification because all of the programs that are about the transformation, the services that are about the transformation of taking you from point A to point B are so dull, boring, and just filled with theory and isolated. We gamified the whole process by including the people, the team, a person who created the course running behind you. The team and your personal assistant are like you will have a progress pal, and you will have your own tribe. Everything is gamified. You will get the XP points. You'll get everything. So I created the whole system right now, and my brain is bleeding, but boy oh boy, empty stomach, 5 hours of L-theanine, caffeine, and a timer, natural light, steady table, efficient MacBook that's it. That is how you chip away the big mountain that you have in front of you. For me, it is a $1M war, and I am winning the war, Alhamdulillah.

Today was unexpected and fabulous in many ways. First thing first, I hired an individual who is as ambitious as me and has similar goals. We will be working in alignment to the goal that we have set for this thing, which is million dollar in 2026. We will be aligning all of the inputs that are required to get the outputs, all of them objectively, cause and effect. Second good thing is that I came up with the idea today that will change the whole market and the service. It is gamifying the whole process of going through a program. Having community is good, but having a specific tribe of 10 people who keep you accountable and having an individual, a mentor for a specific tribe, who will be running behind them and all specific member, managing that tribe and having 10, 20, 30 tribes that complete a whole community. Then people in the tribe competing with each other for the ranking, and that increases the collective ranking of a tribe. Those tribes competing each other to go on to the top to become the top tribe in the community. This way of engaging and completing the missions and quest will gamify the whole process. There is so much depth to it. One quote that I absolutely admire today is that you only need two words as an entrepreneur. The first is focus and the second is patience. The whole books of entrepreneurship can be summarized into these two words. The focus and the patience. And I will do all of them. Good day. Let us see what we can do tomorrow. Here is the uncomfortable truth (it really is): If two weeks pass and you have made no noticeable progress, you are pulling the wrong levers (reality has billions if not trillions of components that if aligned can give you the effect you desire). If you want to know whether you are on the right path, track your milestones. Every day, complete 1 to 3 priority tasks that push your project forward. That single practice separates who grow from who pretend. Some people unconsciously want to fail because failure protects their identity. It lets them stay exactly where they are and blame (any vague cause). I brreak that loop by adding progress checkpoints. Every two weeks, I pause and ask: “Is the project moving forward or am I keeping myself busy?” I put a check-in on my calendar every two weeks. If I am not closer to my target, I adjust the goal, learn what I’m missing, align causes in a bit of a different way and move again (with force, sir). Your frame is built from vision, projects, and levers. Milestones are how you can avoid lying to yourself.

I see people are making fun of intuition as if they understand how each cog and wheel hums and ticks to make the universe work. Blissful ignorance doesn’t anyone. Before you move away by saying “it sounds same woo-woo shit!” pay attention and contemplate a bit. There’s something inside you that moves you, something you didn’t choose, can’t command. Your judgement of reality comes when you stand and listen, not run. You don’t decide your interests and curiosities. They grip you and seize your attention. You don’t choose the path, the path chooses you, if you’re honest enough to hear it. Call it… instinct. conscience. intuition. The name doesn’t matter, the pull does. If you’ve ever ignored the pull than you know how life becomes a slow collapse into regret. Seek it, and you’ll find yourself leaving what’s safe, stepping into places you never imagined, and becoming someone you didn’t know YOU could be. That’s the real adventure of BECOMING! And that’s the kind of an adventurous life you actually want.

Think about it, the old empires were built on iron, oil, land. But the new empires are being built on imagination. We've literally shifted from digging minerals out of the ground to pulling insights out of our minds. Coz with AI and tech now, the building process is only getting easier and easier. I mean just observe the evolution of work, drilling wells to drilling into curiosity. We all have now mostly do knowledge work and it will only evolve into novel curiosity based knowledge work. I think if anyone is curious and ambitious enough then the smartest move is mining your own originality (building will only get easier). In the sea of sameness of AI slop, original thought will prevail (or win). I'm serious. Books, code, podcasts, films, robots, newsletters, videos. This is the new resource extraction. The supply is infinite... if you're bold enough to actually go into the world of unknown and CREATE. That's the game now. Look at Joe, Hormozi, Lex, JBP and all the big entrepreneurs from Silicon Valley, they all are shifting into the world of ideas. I think Sam Altman said: “”we're entering the era of the idea guy.” But no matter how good your idea is, execution will always trump theory and for that you need high agency to set an aim and launch yourself into the unknown and be resourceful with AI to figure all. World is actually running on ideas now.
