Is the system down right now? I have emails saying the connection to GHL has expired and it is giving me errors on trying to reconnect it. I created a new chat bot and it is not starting convo when the tag is added on GHL.

Guys, we have this situation sometimes when bot is no longer replying. I can see the message in GHL but on website widget there is nothing and we believe it is when a guest visitor shares a number/email that already exists in GHL and after that the bot replies stop showing up on the chat widget, we can see the replies on assistable or GHL inboxes. How to fix this?
