focus that matters most
The leadership focus that matters most to be is to be a good listener to the group needs. Not waiting to the last minute to get things done. Have a plan.
Focus
My focus for 2026 Is having good and open communication with the officers and members of DeHugo making sure they understand the expectations of their offices.
2016 not carrying
In 2016 I am not carrying negativity into the new year. It is my hope that I change and control the things I can and not worry about and accept what I can't change or control. For example, spend more quality time with my wife. Create a date night or weekend at least once a month. Take a much-needed vacation stop making excuses they could be short trips as well.

Putting things off
What Drained me the most in 2025
what drained me the most Besides the many Doctors visit I had. Dealing with toxic people. When I am trying to help solve an issue and I am getting yelled at like its my fault or when people just don't understand the process no matter how many times you explain it to them. They want it when they want it. In the Masonic order we don't get paid for chairing a committee we do it for the love of the organization at least that is why I do it not for fame, titles or chairs.
