What started as the Progressive Leadership Community has evolved into something much bigger than a place to share leadership content. It has become a place to build relationships, continue meaningful conversations, and grow alongside leaders who believe leadership is a lifelong journey. That's why I'm excited to officially introduce... The Collective Community A Progressive Traditions Leadership & Coaching Community This isn't just a new name. It's a clearer vision. The Collective Community will serve as the online home for intentional leaders where we will continue the conversations that begin through The Collective Weekly Brief, deepen the relationships formed at The Collective Social, and provide ongoing resources, discussions, coaching, and encouragement between workshops, events, and speaking engagements.
