The other thing that drained me the most is the incompetence of upper management. They are title driven and not knowledgeable of operational aspects of my particular work place. Every office is not one size fits all and you have to observe the operation before making irrational decisions. The lack of knowledge and experience in running a day to day operation became very frustrating and overwhelming. The lack of communication or non communication and high demands made working challenging. Because I don’t like to fail, I had to place my emotions and their inexperience aside and fix the things that were broken to have a successful operation and outcome. I only could do what I could in my perspective area. Being successful and holding myself accountable is all I could do.
