Before noon today (or as soon as possible): • Identify one expectation that has been assumed, hinted at, or left vague • Say it clearly to the person or team involved • Confirm understanding. No speeches. No overexplaining. Leaders don’t lose teams because of bad intentions. They lose them because of unclear expectations. Silence over the weekend becomes confusion on Monday.
