I believe I have tried to carry too many roles. At work as well as personal. For 2026 I will focus and scale back to concentrate on one specific goal until it’s completed.

In 2026, the leadership focus that matters most for me is being comfortable with being uncomfortable. This is a consistent quality that has been major factor in my overall growth as a person over the years
