From my experience, get these right and you will start to see progress! 1. Eat Healthy (make sure you eat enough protein) 2. Start Training 2-5 Times per Week (weight training & cardio) 3. Sleep 7-9 hours a night! Comment if you have any specific questions!

Found a good hack to invite more - and higher quality - girls to events. I'm living in a major city (2 million people), so it was hard af to throw events. Big cities already have well-stablished systems in place, built by high status men. So you either: 1. Increase your status by networking, or 2. Leverage your CURRENT status in a lower status city Number 2 is extremely powerful. Most guys don't realize they can have 10x more status by doing literally nothing, because status is relative. In a lower status city, every offer you make will be more appealing, girls will be more attractive, and they'll actually appreciate the value you're offering. Below is a photoshoot I did, using this concept. It happened in my small 1-person apartment (it got crowded with 4 people). We shot in the street, no fancy location or luxury. The catch? Girls are top-tier models, but coming from a small city 18km away, this was a great opportunity to increase their own status, so my otherwise low-value offer was actually appealing. It's a great hack to get started with whatever little access you have

The question is that why do companies make these technology for men???? Does it benefit them in the long run or short term… But if there’s one thing that does stand out is when Micheal says “ the more technology becomes more advanced the more we move away from our survival scenarios”. And I personally think later down the line marriage is gonna be Luxury for the rich not the poor but the rich
