Easy steps to get in shape in 2025
From my experience, get these right and you will start to see progress!
  1. Eat Healthy (make sure you eat enough protein)
  2. Start Training 2-5 Times per Week (weight training & cardio)
  3. Sleep 7-9 hours a night!
