I’m going to attempt this tomorrow πŸ˜ƒ
This weeks workout
First off, apologies, it's pretty manic at the moment juggling a few issues so I'm not getting on here as much as I'd like. Will do better πŸ™„ Anyway, I did this circuit yesterday and it kicked my butt... The idea is to work through the 3 exercises with little to no rest. I'd strongly suggesting starting at a low rep range if any of these seem hard. I started with 15 reps of : Bag to overhead Bag split jumps Bag press ups Then I did 14 of each, 13 etc all the way down to 1. I aimed to get it done in under 30 mins and just about managed it. Give it a try and see how you get on πŸ‘Œ

New weekly circuit
So, each week I'm going to put together a circuit for you guys to try - I'm open to doing more of these if they would be of any help? I really want you to guide this as my head is literally full of this sort of thing, and I'm not 100% sure how it may be most useful. So - this week's first circuit is one a lot of you have done before - Deck of cards! The challenge though, is get through the WHOLE pack. You have 2 choices for the session - with or without kit - i'll pop them both below πŸ™Š Option 1 - no kit Hearts = Burpees Spades = Crunches Diamonds = Mountain climbers (you're welcome @Thomas Crowden ) Clubs - Squats/jumps Option 2 - Weighted bag / dumbbells Hearts = High pulls Spades = Overhead press Diamonds = Burpees (you don't get out of these) Clubs = Lunges / Jumps (each side or total - I'm not that mean) How to: If you have not done this before, simply assign the given exercise to the suits as above. Then, turn over a card and perform that number of reps for each exercise. Unlike in a group session, the target is to complete the whole deck with as little rest as possible. When you hit a joker, you have 2 options. Either it's double the reps of the next card, OR my favorite - discard that joker, then reshuffle the pack and start from scratch! This bumps this from a relatively quick 20-minute or so session into something much bigger, but it is a good challenge if you really want to push yourself. If you have no cards to hand, you can use the simple Deck of Cards creator attached. Let me know if this hits home, and be great to see how you got on - tag on Instagram, be brilliant!

I feel cold watching this πŸ₯Ά 🀣
Little challenge?
As you may have seen, @Sarah Suter has decided to give herself a challenge when she goes to the spa and I think we should all pick something similar. It doesn't have to be cold or even remotely like that challenge BUT deliberately choosing to do something that you know would be a tough decision is what this is all about. So, I'm calling you ALL out today, post what you are going to do and when and let's get this started πŸ’ͺ
