Little challenge?
As you may have seen, has decided to give herself a challenge when she goes to the spa and I think we should all pick something similar. It doesn't have to be cold or even remotely like that challenge BUT deliberately choosing to do something that you know would be a tough decision is what this is all about.
So, I'm calling you ALL out today, post what you are going to do and when and let's get this started 💪
