@Charissa Lim it was yummy!! Pretty sure this is very similar to one of the recipes you gave me way back when🤪

I keep forgetting to take a picture😂😂 but last night I had roasted broccoli & carrots with chicken & this morning I had my parfait 🥰
High Protein Comforting Chicken Pot Pie
It's getting colder here, and all I want is comfort food - with a balanced twist :) The lean chicken breast, bone broth, and nutrient-rich veggies make a perfect combination with the flaky puff pastry that feels indulgent, but is actually very nourishing. It's *chefs kiss* 👩‍🍳💋 Check out my latest recipe here for high protein chicken pot pie!

I may need to make this soon😍
Turning a takeout sandwich into a balanced meal
Sorry the video quality is so bad 😅 I had to compress it to fit the file size here. This is my ✨nutrition by addition✨ strategy that has helped me feel more in control around foods and balance food I love with food I need!

Can I just say this was one of the biggest tips I gained from you!! Instead of taking away things I really enjoyed, you taught me to add more nutrition. Really love this & still implement it! Also I loveeee some sandwich and chips🤪

@Charissa Lim yes! I never knew why I was struggling with staying consistent so much. It was because I was restricting myself so much (& it was making me sad on top of it lol), but when I loved all the recipes I gained from you & seeing that I actually didn’t hate good food, I just needed to incorporate more, it was really freeing and has allowed me to stay consistent!
Balanced Body Project 1-monthiversary 🎂 (feedback + free Starbucks on me!)
In one month, we had 57 posts, 2 live masterclasses, 8 recipes, 1 workout challenge, and 15 members!! If someone asked you to describe this community in one word, what would it be? For me, it's SUPPORTIVE. I see and appreciate all of the likes, posts, comments you have taken the time to do. I don't want anyone here to be left on 'read' & I wholeheartedly believe you ladies here are the sweetest, most supportive individuals. You all are the founding members of this community, and I want to reward that! I'm still working out the exact numbers, and I would love your feedback on it. Fill out this feedback form here, and comment on this post one word you would use to describe this community, and I will message you a $10 Starbucks giftcard as a thanks and 1-month anniversary celebration 🎂☕

Happy one month anniversary!!🥰🥰 thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of this wonderful group. My one word is ✨encouraged✨ I have felt encouraged to not only do better for myself, but also have the ease of sharing a little piece of the struggles I have had hidden for so long. I’ve loved being a part of the community & watching it grow. I’ve loved the vulnerability throughout some of these posts as well, because that’s the easiest way to heal & help others realize they are not alone when struggling with their body & food. I can say that’s actually been one of my favorite parts of the group. There’s so much encouragement & positivity & I hope we continue to allow this to be a space where we can all encourage each other through the ups & the downs of our journeys💕
