@Hugo González practice top hold, you jump to the top of the bar and hold there. When you can't hold anymore, don't fall immediately; try to lower down as slow as possible.

@Frank Álvarez thank you
Weak pull ups
Hi brothers 💪🏻 Just wanna ask, maybe someone would suggest something. When I do pull ups, I cant “pull” enough to my chest , I only can pull to the neck and thats it. Even if its a first pull up of the training. You think it is a mobility problem or weakness ? I can do roughly six to eight pull ups like this. Thank you for help 👌🏻👹

try to have a shoulder depression and use a pronated grip, not neutral. It's most likely to be about strength, but if you want to ensure it's not a mobility problem, just take a bar or rolled shirt and try to pull it to your chest. if you can touch it - it's a strength problem. if you can't then you should see a doctor since it's a severe mobility issue.

Pull ups
Any good advice to increase pull ups reps?

grease the groove
I'm nearly transitioned
Former weight lifter, now nearly fully transitioned to cali... I now understand and know all of the exercises to have a full, strong and balanced physique. But there's one question on my mind... What about the side delts? There is no lateral exercises we can do without weights... Maybe resistance bands will do ? But will they do a good enough job ? Or will pike pushups and handstand pushups do the job?

I can say that planche with pronated grip is involving the side delts a lot. but it's a hard exercise and not optimal, so I guess bands and dumbells are the best
