So it felt good. I have a whole lot of popping noises going on all over especially when doing the neck movements lol. My main areas of concern though are my lower back, hamstrings and right shoulder as far as tightness. With my left hand going up behind my back and my right arm going down I can touch my fingers together. The other way with my right arm going up my back - not even close. Baby steps I guess.

I’ve had lower back pain for as long as I can remember. It’s progressively gotten worse with time and I’ve tried everything that sounded like it had potential.
