So i'm just getting started in this looking to get into xleads before the price, raises with version four i have a little bit up extra money.Saved up I'm currently out of work. So im looking to maximize the money i spend to get a deal done quickly of course. I'm going to search my own leads. that I can with d4d and R4d and govt list ect but I can see the value. Of using X leads, but in my own head, I would like to poll the group to find out how much above the $97 with a basic plan. It costs monthly all said and done the additional cost of phone lines using their dialer for a whole month ect ect these little fees add up and i want to make sure i have enough set aside Or whether it's a more value to get one of the higher tier plans because they includes more also, if there's any additional costs with them a idea of how much monthly all said and done also Thanks to everyone that responds if you don't feel comfortable sharing exact amounts a ballpark range is fine

Time Commitment
How many hours would y'all recommend if my initial goal is to close around 1 deal/month? Or 1 deal every other month? I'm located in Oklahoma and have a 50 hr/week job, but I'm wanting to get more into wholesaling as a side hustle with room to grow into the main hustle. Also, if you happen to be scrolling by, I'd love a like even if you don't comment so I can get to level 4!

I haven't done any deals yet I got stuck in "analysis paralysis " and didn't feel I had the time to do this justice i have been sitting on the side lines for like 10 years for one reason or another doing that i have it consumed, alot of material and the one thing Rick and Zach has said there's no real set number The best way to describe it is if me and you were doing a workout program doing exact same workout you might get fully ripped and I might just lose a little weight or nothing at all the work was the same the effort was the same but results were completely different you might ask why some workouts work better for some than for others The thing you have to understand is once you find the seller you have keep ahold of them and not lose them that only comes with experience how do you get that experience by losing deals it's gonna happen just keep pushing and learning
I am facing some challenges right now.
I am looking for off-market properties, but I am just starting out and I cannot afford to spend money on paid software like PropStream or other tools. The most important thing is that I have a lot of time available. I would really appreciate your help and guidance on how I can find off-market properties for free. Please guide me step by step if possible.
