I am facing some challenges right now.
I am looking for off-market properties, but I am just starting out and I cannot afford to spend money on paid software like PropStream or other tools.
The most important thing is that I have a lot of time available.
I would really appreciate your help and guidance on how I can find off-market properties for free. Please guide me step by step if possible.
