Hello from the West Coast!
My name is Greg Loudon, I'm the CEO of Endeavance Capital, Inc., a commercial loan brokerage in Yakima, WA. I was a commercial banker for nearly 20 years before venturing out on my own. My primary experience is around agricultural lending. If you eat apples or drink beer...you're welcome. I focused on financing apples and hops. 😆 My 2025 goal is cash flow stability for Endeavance Capital, Inc. by helping business owners and property investors. I'm also looking to expand my network of brokers. After a career in banking, I'm finding that entrepreneurship can be lonely. I'm looking forward to meeting others who are doing the same business as I am, who I can bounce ideas off. I'm a big believe that there is plenty of business for all of us, and it's always good to help each other be better. My biggest challenge currently is lead generation. I'm always looking for the most efficient and cost-effective manner of bringing new borrowers to my firm.

Thank you, Freddy! My mother-in-law is just down the road from you in Steilacoom. Planning on moving there once the kids get settled! My primary outreach has been my existing network locally, but I'm also working with a group called Relip for nationwide leads through Facebook ad. In talking with @Malcolm Turner yesterday, I realized that there are no CRE meetup groups in central Washington. Lots in Seattle/Tacoma/Bellevue, a few in Spokane, but nothing significant in Yakima, Wenatchee or the Tri-Cities. Looks like a local opportunity for me. Just met a local property management group last week. Actively working on two deals for the owner, he also wants me to present to his agents and possibly his clients. He wasn't aware of the NOO investment financing market. For the two deals I'm working on, he was planning on getting his 2024 taxes complete before talking to his local bank.

This is way more than once sentence, buuuuut.... I second Beth...high high's and some low low's...there have been days that I think to myself..."what in the hell was I thinking???" But there are other days when I'm wondering why I didn't do this sooner. Looking at my current pipeline, I'm really excited about the coming few months and the future growth. Every day is new and offers new challenges and rewards.

Marketing Monday Strikes Again
There was a great Marketing Monday meeting yesterday!! Aside from @Malcolm Turner; @Jimmy Fillmore, @Mr Bland, and I were the only attendees. We had a great discussion about lead-generation, which is currently, my biggest issue. After the call, I implemented one of the ideas discussed and ended up coming into the office the morning to three new appointments on my calendar. Granted, this doesn't happen every Monday afternoon, but great, useful information is always shared each Monday. I'm going to miss the next meeting due to travel, but otherwise, Marketing Monday is blocked out as a "can't miss" appointment on my calendar! Please join us each Monday! More minds sharing ideas make all of us more successful!!
