I just closed my 3rd deal in Sept for a Refi Cash Out in Norfolk, VA with a client in Cincinnati,OH. Funding will take place Thursday. I have 2 more deals that is also at the finish line for this month or the first week of Oct.

Have not finalized my look and feel but I plan on doing that this weekend. Playing around with some copy both direct that says literally what the video is about and also clever copy, so I can split test a few ways to drive people to videos from my other social accounts to my channel. And yes, all the videos I am doing are related to Commercial Real Estate and are in alignment with my theme and brand of "Living Better". Also experimenting with designs and colors but at the same time not trying to overthink things or waste too much time on this. Got the general concept so will decide on something next week and keep it moving.

Working on my new YT channel videos today and some graphics to promote it and a concept for a reel theme to direct traffic back to the long from videos. Recorded some videos of me just speaking like this video attached and some walking through a powerpoint presentation. And tomorrow I will work on some B Roll (making actions but you don't hear me talking live). Have 6 raw videos so far (long form) and 5 reel concepts recorded AND drafted. Just need to edit them. I will just edit the videos first to jazz them up a little and then add some captions (since my voice was low on the first ones) and mix and match to see what I can come up with. Been reaching out on Facebook and Dming people starting conversations now I’m trying to convert these conversations into applications at some point. The win for me is just following the process and getting responses.
