ย 3 Common Mistakes People Make When Building Their Own Voice AI
Begin To Avoid These Now & See a Difference 1๏ธโƒฃ Not Defining a Clear Purpose for Your AI Too often, people dive into building an AI without fully understanding what problem itโ€™s meant to solve or who it's meant to help. A clear goal is crucial. Are you building a voice assistant for customer service? A personalized AI tutor? Define the why behind your AI firstโ€”this will shape your decisions about design, functionality, and user experience. 2๏ธโƒฃ Skipping the Testing Phase (or Just Doing It Once) Testing isnโ€™t a one-and-done process. If you don't test multiple times, you're setting yourself up for failure. Make sure to test your AI across different scenarios, with different accents or languages, and in various environments (quiet vs. noisy). The more data you collect, the better your AI will perform. Aim for quality assurance, not just functionality. 3๏ธโƒฃ Ignoring Real User Feedback During Testing Itโ€™s easy to fall into the trap of relying solely on internal testing or theoretical use cases. But without actual user feedback, you miss key issues that could affect performance, understanding, and satisfaction. Let real users interact with your AIโ€”whether theyโ€™re your target customers or just people from different backgrounds. Their feedback is invaluable. What are other mistakes you are seeing or issues you are facing ๐Ÿ‘‡

I helped a healthcare professional looking to start her own agency get over the hurdle of generating quality leads and in doing so realized the leads I'm generating are high quality....

My first big wins X2 is launching my AI - Automation Agency and now putting together Lead Gen Campaigns as we speak. @Kevin Campos you know my background in Sales & Marketing and been swamped with sales projects (working for other people), but they are time eaters on the phone. Whereas Agency Projects are recurring set up + monthly fees.
AI receptionist (Synthflow+cal.com)
Hey everyone! Iโ€™m building an AI receptionist for a hair salon using Synthflow + Cal.com, and I need some help figuring out the best setup. The goal is for the AI to: Understand which haircut/treatment the customer wants (weโ€™ve created multiple event types in Cal.com). Check availability in Cal.com. Offer free time slots to the customer. Book the appointment directly in Cal.com. Iโ€™m a bit stuck on how to properly connect Cal.com with Synthflow so the AI can: Know which treatment the customer is asking for. Fetch available time slots. Confirm and book the appointment. Has anyone here set up something similar (AI receptionist + Cal.com)? Would love to hear how you structured it, and if there are any best practices for making the AI understand the different services and timings. Thanks in advance!
