Introducing Visionair 🤳
Today we're pulling back the curtain. You've built your agent. Tested it. It sounds great. You let it run and trust it's doing its job. But your agent is having thousands of conversations without you. You don't know which callers were frustrated. You don't know which high value leads got mishandled. You don't know which part of your prompt is quietly failing. You find out when a client tells you. Weeks after it started happening. That's not a voice AI problem. That's a visibility problem. Visionair sits on top of your voice AI and gives you full control over every call: - Score every call for lead quality automatically - Read caller sentiment across multiple dimensions in real time - Flag every moment your agent drops the ball instantly - Trace failures back to the exact part of your prompt that caused it - Generate a fix with one click, simulate it, and push it live without touching a developer You go from reactive to in control. Connects to the providers you're already on. Setup takes minutes. Get started here: https://visionairai.com

Nobody told me that going from 1 employee to 11 would be harder than going from $0 to $500,000
Nobody told me that going from 1 employee to 11 would be harder than going from $0 to $500,000. I thought scaling the revenue was the hard part. It was not. The hard part was realizing that every person I brought onto this team was a direct reflection of the standard I was willing to accept. And in the beginning, I accepted too much. Not because I didn't care. Because I was so focused on growing fast that I confused activity with output. Someone would be on calls all day and I would convince myself they were performing. But calls don't retain clients. Results do. It took me longer than I want to admit to understand that a team of 11 people operating at 70% is not a team. It is a liability. The moment I started treating every hire like a direct representation of what Visionair stands for, everything changed. We got harder to join. We got smaller before we got better. And the work that came out on the other side was at a level that none of our clients had seen before from a Voice AI agency. Building a team in this industry is not about finding people who are excited about AI. It is about finding people who are obsessed with the outcome the client needs and will do whatever it takes to deliver it. That person is rare. And they are worth waiting for.
I have interviewed over 300 Voice AI agencies in the past 12 months...
I have interviewed over 300 Voice AI agencies in the past 12 months and I can confidently say that more than 50% of them don’t know what they’re doing, at all. The truth is, not everybody can do voice AI. Big youtubers are lying to you about you being able to start a voice AI agency easily, not because they want you to be successful, but because they benefit from telling you it’s easy. What they receive is, more subscribers, more likes, more purchases of their courses… and what you get sold is a dream without a reality. In Voice AI what truly matters is results. No one cares about a single strategy you’re taught online, they care about how you can adapt to multiple different outcomes and use cases a Voice AI agent needs to handle. If you think you’re getting into an industry where you only have one type of client. You’re dead wrong. Even if you choose your niche, you will still get multiple clients within that niche that do things completely differently, it’s the way the world works, everyone has a different thought process. So I’m not here to tell you that you CAN’T do Voice AI at all. I’m here to tell you that you need to be prepared to get into this industry properly. There will be ups and there will be downs. What I would focus on if I were you is becoming very good at a couple things such as: - Automation within multiple softwares - Good prompting with Synthflow, Retell, Elevenlabs, and Bland - User Acceptance Training to ensure agent performance - Client management to keep customers from churning Oh…and don’t think that learning 1 automation software like N8N will be enough, you NEED to learn at least 4 automation softwares (GoHighLevel, Make, Zapier, and N8N), this is how you truly see success in Voice AI. Out of all the interviews that I’ve jumped on to with these Voice AI agencies, these are the 4 main points I would say are crucial to your success.
