Improve Voice Agent Voice Quality
Hey everyone! I’ve been building Voice Agents for about a year now and have multiple active clients across different niches, all in the German-speaking market. I’m super interested in your tool stack and what solutions you’re using or would recommend. Right now, I’m using: - Vapi / Fonio AI for the agent layer - 11labs for voice generation - Deepgram for transcription - n8n for automation and dashboarding - My biggest challenge: I’m not happy with the voice quality. Even with 11labs, it doesn’t sound human or natural enough, especially compared to what you get from ChatGPT Voice or Gemini. Those conversations feel way more fluid, expressive, and emotionally realistic when I talk to chatgpt for example. How do you handle this? - What tools or workarounds are you using for better voice output in production? - Any setups that come close to the “ChatGPT Voice” experience? Would love to hear what’s working for you!

Why Follow Ups Matter More Than The First Call
The first touch gets attention… but the follow up gets the appointment. People are busy. They forget. They get cold feet. If you only wait for them to call back, you’re letting warm money cool off. A simple follow up system turns “interested” into “booked' that’s the whole game. What works isn’t complicated. Remind them why it’s worth it. Make it effortless to say yes or to pick a new time. Think short messages, helpful tone, and one-tap actions. Example flow you can copy today: - Hey {Name}, quick recap of what we’ll cover and what time works best for you? - Add a 10-15 word testimonial and add a open ended question. - “Still want help with {problem}. Happy to hold a spot for you. Want morning or afternoon.” At the end of the day, follow ups are respect. You’re helping them do the thing they already asked for. Are you currently running following up in your system. If yes, what does your cadence look like

🤢 How To Sell Coaching Without Sounding Like A Guru
You don’t need a greasy ad funnel. 🤢 You don’t need fake “$997 value” slides. 🫥 And you definitely don’t need to act like you’re better than everyone else. Here’s how I close high-ticket clients without sounding like a guru 👇 1. Give. Way. More. Than You Ask. I don’t send people to some “free training” that’s just a pitch. I send voice notes. Looms. Action plans. Even to people who aren’t ready to buy. That’s how you build real trust and not fake scarcity. 2. Be brutally transparent. Most “coaches” teach one thing and make money another way. I teach exactly what I do. And I tell the truth, even if it makes the sale harder. Because in the long run, it makes the sale easier. 3. Be a coach, not a Discord Mod.🤡 Be yourself, make jokes, but act like a pro. Clean clothes, clear communication and a confident delivery. That alone puts you ahead of 90% of coaches online. 4. Close with permission, not pressure. First call = value. Second call = value + offer. and EVEN MORE VALUE That’s it. No hard sell. Just real trust + clean positioning = done deal. Wanna see the full system I use to do this with no followers, no ads, no testimonials? Comment SCALE and I’ll send you the doc. Let’s stay far away from guru land 😎 https://www.loom.com/share/af5e9feec0b04636a287895246204016?sid=664599c4-b52d-4807-8377-8934846721e3

Avoid Duplicate Leads in Your CRM
Quick tip for anyone syncing call data to a CRM… You don’t want your CRM flooded with duplicate contacts Here’s how I avoid it: 1. In Zapier (or GoHighLevel), add a “Find Contact” step before adding anyone new 2. If the contact exists, update them 3. If not, create the new record That’s it. Simple logic and keeps the system clean This tiny fix has saved my clients and I cleanup time. If you’re not doing this yet start today.
