My name is Grady Selby. I was raised in Arlington, Tx and currently reside in Killeen, TX. I've trained in Boxing since I was 3, hold 2 black belts (Shotokan and Take Sieken Bu Jutsu), I've trained in Shuai Jiao, Tang Soo Do and Brazilian Jujitsu (Gi and No Gi). At my best, I was 245lbs and 8-12% bodyfat. At 54, I've lost all motivation; until I spoke to Coach Hiller. He made me understand that the point I'm at now is my new starting point. My new goals are; 1) A working understanding of AI to be used to replace my working income, 2) dramatic body/mind transformation, and 3) reconnection with my family.

Coach Hiller taking the time to connect with people is really cool. After our conversation I realized, I can't do this on my own, with zero support systems. I'm an obese, 54 year-old man with ZERO ambitions, goals, or drive; all by the decisions I've made until now. I had a 2 hour conversation with my wife, the first time in YEARS (literally), to begin reconnecting with her. Thanks for the wake up call! Beginning now, I am tearing down the walls from years of pent up frustrations, neglect, and comfort. It's time to rebrand my life, take back the accountability of my actions, set the exmple, and find my spark again. BUILT NOT BORN!
