Thinking of making everything fresh that morning/ maybe freezing sausage rolls before baking and baking the morning of opening, and selling in insulated hot bags? And brown paper bags for bread loaves? Will talk to EHO but wanted to see what everyone else thought

Hey Gang 👋 So Im not currently charging yet as Im still practicing different piping, mixing colours ect. I’ve had a message to make a last minute box of 12 cupcakes for my friends step daughters 16th and Yeno what Im scared as hell as stupid as it sounds. Is anyone scared incase people dont like them?
