Hey Gang 👋 So Im not currently charging yet as Im still practicing different piping, mixing colours ect. I’ve had a message to make a last minute box of 12 cupcakes for my friends step daughters 16th and Yeno what Im scared as hell as stupid as it sounds. Is anyone scared incase people dont like them? Even though Ive tasted them myself and everyone whos been tasting practice batches all say they would definitely buy them. 🥹 any tips to feel more confident with your produce. So happy to be a part of this 🫶🏻 My names Lois Im based in Liverpool. Ive perfected the batter thanks to your recipe Jess 🤩 still practicing piping, buttercream, decoration atm so Im not charging. Scared to make the jump from cupcakes to cake 😩 also my buttercream is still grainy looking a little, would sivving the icing sugar help with this? Thanks xxx
