When I was in San Pancho, Mexico, I got into a little routine. SHARE your morning routine below! Wake up before sunrise. Walk down to the ocean with @Laura Rose Sit with the waves for a while before the world woke up. One morning, I realized… this would be the perfect sound for a Yoga Nidra. So I recorded the waves you hear in the Pisces practice (in the Pisces season... like come on how perfect) right there at dawn. There’s something about the rhythm of the ocean that just naturally slows the nervous system down. It reminds us that we don’t have to fix or figure out everything… We can simply observe the tides moving through. Very VERY Pisces.... hey @Thomas Scheppat and @Arno Koch !? The little prayer I placed into this practice is simple: that you feel complete and whole just as you are. If you listen, come back and tell me how it lands for you. Heartfelt gratitude— for this fresh, rejuvenating Nidra Ayla. For helping me recognize the living language of my heart. The part that knows how to care, how to protect, how to show up. The part that learned love through action. The part that wrestles with rage when injustice burns. The aspect that carries perspective, that leans into understanding, that learns to live by witnessing— here, in this practice, in the Nova Nidra community. My heart calls me to share— a voice, a podcast, from another luminous being. He speaks of healing a broken heart in two minutes flat, in song using the same tools we hold here. David Wilcox— lyrical craftsman in language of the heart. @Charell K isn't it???!!! We joined on your 10th. Your 30 is our 20. The date was a choice for us. We were given 2 options by the Javanese wise-man. I immediately opted for Dec 17, the Wright thing to do. 😉 This year is the 122nd anniversary of powered flight.
