How do you want to feel?
What inspired actions are you taking to shift into that frequency and hold it? Are you embodying that feeling? Are you doing things to create that feeling? What are you listening to? What thoughts are you focussing on? What are you watching to help you feel that way? What are you eating to help you feel that way? What words are speaking to help you feel that way? What goals are you setting to keep you in that feeling? What skills are you learning to be in that vibration? How are you being intentional about how you feel?

I absolutely love reggae music. It does something special to my soul. I 100% need to be more aware about the food I put into my body as it all plays apart in your Wellbeing overall. Question?...I am someone that hyper focuses on a subject of interest. Example- horror films, ghost stories supernatural stuff. Can that effect me in a negative light? How do these things effect you? Do you feel washed out or drained by the things you watch? X
✨ Starting the Day with Gratitude ✨
Gratitude is one of the most powerful ways to shift our energy and anchor into presence. When we begin our mornings with appreciation — even for the smallest things — we set the tone for how we move through the day. Gratitude softens the nervous system, opens the heart, and reminds us of all the beauty that already exists in our lives, even when things feel heavy. It doesn’t need to be big or grand. It can be as simple as:🌿 The warmth of your bed ☀️ The light streaming through your window 💧 The gift of breath 🌸 Practice for today: Before you pick up your phone or start your to-do list, pause. Place a hand on your heart, take a slow deep breath, and name 3 things you are grateful for right now. Feel them in your body. Let that energy expand and carry you into the day. 💭 Journal Prompt:“How can I let gratitude guide the way I show up for myself and others today?” Drop your gratitudes in the comments below — let’s weave this energy together and uplift each other as a community. 💜

I am greatful for a loving and supportive partner. I am grateful for life, i am greatful for genuine friendships. I am greatful for the air and the trees. I am greatful for you ❤️
✨ Mini Practice: Honoring & Moving Through Emotions ✨
1. Pause & Breathe. Close your eyes. Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly. Take 3 slow, deep breaths, letting your body soften a little more with each exhale. 2. Name What’s Here. Gently notice what emotion is present. You don’t need to analyse or change it — just name it: “I feel sadness,” “I feel frustration,” “I feel heavy,” etc. 3. Allow & Honour. Say to yourself:“I allow this feeling to be here. I honour this part of me. It’s safe to feel.” 4. Notice Sensations. Where does this emotion live in your body? Is it in your chest, throat, belly? Place your hand there and breathe into that space. Imagine your breath creating softness around it. 5. Release Gently. On your exhale, imagine the emotion flowing through and out — like a wave passing, like clouds drifting across the sky. Trust that nothing stays forever. 💛 Closing Reminder:“I don’t have to fight my emotions. By feeling them, I am already moving through.”

C-PTSD module up & ready
Healing from PTSD is Possible - I hope this module gives you hope and direction PTSD can feel overwhelming, but healing is absolutely possible. Recovery is not about erasing the past, but about teaching the nervous system, mind, and body that safety, connection, and peace are possible again. How healing happens: - Safety & Support – A safe environment and trusted relationships are the foundation for healing. - Body Awareness – Practices like breath-work, grounding, yoga, and somatic therapy help release stored trauma from the body. - Processing the Story – With professional support, the traumatic memories can be safely revisited, understood, and integrated. - Regulating the Nervous System – Learning tools to calm stress responses builds resilience and steadiness. - Connection – Trauma isolates, but healing happens in connection—with community, loved ones, and self. - Meaning & Growth – Many people find deep strength, compassion, and wisdom as they heal. Healing from PTSD is a journey, not a straight line. There may be setbacks, but with the right support, patience, and tools, it is entirely possible to reclaim a sense of safety, joy, and freedom. I have healed my C-PTSD & helped others do the same. Love, light & cat cuddles Tx
