Map- My reflections from level 3
After reaching level 3 in this amazing community ( Kylie, you are doing an amazing job here, and thank you) , I would love to share some takeaways from my time here. Social media no longer feels like a need, but just a tool that I can choose not to use. Having a clear vision of my email list and only by having the option and being part of the Skool communities has opened my eyes to new and, I have to say, better ways to connect with my audience. 💜

I've been here for only 3 days and I'm feeling so much better about emails. My social media time has dropped and I'm focusing this weekend on building my database. Thanks to this group.
Is this bananas?
What is the shortest amount of time you have marketed a live training/webinar? I am thinking to do one on April 2nd, which gives me JUST shy of 2 weeks. Just wondering if anyone else has done this quickly. It is a topic I've taught on previously, with a new positioning/seasonal urgency. So time to prepare ME is not the issue. It's more is this too soon/not enough notice for people to be available and sign up?

@Jen Fieldman good attitude, you don't know unless you try. And if no one turns up.....you haven't failed - you have learned. 🙂
Face the light
Something I was talking about in a networking group recently really seemed to land. It was such a simple thing, but one of those small shifts that changes everything. If you’re taking your own photos, face the light. It sounds obvious, but it’s so easy to sit with a window behind you or bright light coming from the back, and it leaves your face in shadow. Turning towards the light, even slightly, brings clarity, softness, and connection to your photo. It’s often the difference between a photo that feels a bit flat and one that feels natural and engaging.

@Rachel Eglinton very true, and I found myself giving out that very fact to someone today and they didn't know it either 😂

Audit Response
Hi All, I have just gone through the Audit. Wow! What an eye opener. Spending a minimum of 5 hrs a day on social media, this does not include scheduling posts!. I am always complaining about not having enough time to get out even for a little walk. Right now social media is like an ex I cant get rid of, I dont want to go back there but something makes me curious. I need to get off it.
