RULES: Total of 4 points a day... 1 point - 100 push ups a day 1 point for a compliment (3 compliments a day) - one compliment can be someone you know (wife, mom, etc) - 2 compliments have to be to strangers Post your points for each day and share one of your compliments that was given to a stranger, if you did that day, in the comments. In a group call this morning we discussed ongoing employee “pizza parties” and how the employees still complain about them. It got me thinking of this saying “Pizza parties are for recognizing weak leaders”. Thoughts?

After having a quick conversation with @Jerrod Hardy this morning. He did something so small but had a huge impact on someone's life today. As we come upon Christmas and the Holiday Season, let's look for ways to provide small acts of kindness to others. It maybe small for us but you just never know what someone else maybe going through! Remind me on our next live call to share a story about this exact thing, where I did NOT act on a small act of kindness and found out where that individual was in his journey of life......

Hey guys! It’s good to be part of this community. I’m a retired firefighter from the Central Valley of California. Amazingly by the grace of God I’ve been blessed with a patient loving and tenacious wife who has stood by me for 36 years. I have 3 grown children and just became a grandfather in September.
