Practice for today
Hey everyone! Good morning! I’m doing this session today, and if anyone would like to join me, you’re welcome to do so. I’m still at home with an infection, unfortunately...🙄 So I’ll share something for your practice. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yO2dTeSG9JU&list=WL&index=1&t=63s

Thank you, Olga. Another good day of moving.
Update from Drew
Hi everyone, It just so happens that I got back to Helsinki and received a private email from Denny letting me know what's been happening here. I wanted to reach out and update you all. It was never my intention to stay away this long. There are a few things I'd like to share. 1. Work and family. I've been traveling like crazy with my new job. I've really changed careers, and I've been pouring my heart and soul into it. It's been incredibly intense: working nearly 24 hours a day, living on the road with groups of people, and attending to all their needs. I've tried to be as present and mindful as I possibly can, to help deliver wonderful experiences as we travel through Europe. I've also been given more trips than I expected, one right after another, with no time to breathe. Very soon I'll be heading through Central Europe with another group. Work has consumed me, and in the moments I have been home, I've had to focus entirely on my family. Being home so little is hard on my wife and especially on my 8-year-old, who is not loving all my time away. I'm not sure yet where I can fit everything in. 2. Screens and social media. I've been reconsidering my screen time, and my social media consumption and output. I feel social media is a big part of our problems these days, and I'm asking myself whether I'm contributing to that. Am I bringing people to screens, when what I'm really trying to tell people is to get away from screens and off their devices? 3. Why I'm doing this. I created this community, and I never wanted it to be about me. I wanted it to thrive through all of you, with each other, without me as the focal point. So I find myself asking: am I doing these things for my own ego? Is it to get a pat on the back? Am I being truly authentic, and is this being done for the right reasons? Like anything, I'm trying to go deeper and find joy and bliss in everything, while making sure I'm truly practicing what I preach. All this time traveling, and staying away from screens, has given me some impactful moments of asking the big questions: my purpose, and connecting to something grander. But ultimately, I haven't come up with all of the answers, YET;)

Thank you, Drew. God bless your efforts.
Good Monday morning, Everyday Energy friends~
I’ve been reading your messages, and I understand why this change feels unsettling. When we’ve made room for Drew and one another in our mornings, we miss that familiar connection. I miss him, too. And I’m grateful to John for keeping the videos coming while he could. We don’t know what’s ahead for Drew or the site, but we do know what these mornings have given us: more movement, a steadier breath, and people who notice when we show up. That’s quite a gift. Drew helped us build a practice we can keep nurturing—even on mornings when our enthusiasm needs a little coaxing and our knees have their own opinions. Thich Nhat Hanh— Thay— offered the lovely reminder, “No mud, no lotus.” Perhaps something can grow through this uncertain stretch, too: a little more confidence in practicing on our own, and a little more reaching out to one another. For my part, I intend to keep my morning appointment with movement. An old favorite video, a few familiar moves, a quiet breath—it all counts. We can keep saying hello here, sharing what we’re practicing, and offering those small kindnesses that have made this community feel like home. Drew, wherever this finds you, thank you. And to everyone here: let’s keep showing up for ourselves and each other. One breath, one stretch, one morning at a time. —Here’s what I’m moving to this morning: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kOTFd7OzfRk&t=43s

Thank you! I get such benefits from Drew's videos and from community.
Day 62 — Sunday, October 11, 2026
Good morning, everyone! I’m not sure what Drew’s plans are, but he originally said he’d be gone for 6 weeks, and it’s now been more than 2 months. He hasn’t checked in here for a while, and I hope he’s doing OK. Anyway, this will be my last daily post sharing his sessions, although I’ll still check in to see if he’s back and to keep up with community posts. If you’d like to join in this gentle reset session to start your day, here’s a link to another YouTube session Drew posted: https://youtu.be/LsegSb9PiW0?is=513ASrsXM_l_kvcN

Thank you John! Thank you all for the encouraging posts! Thank you Drew!
Day 40 of 40 for Saturday, September 19, 2026
Good morning everyone! This is day 40 of Drew’s 40-day list, but he continued to post another 4 days or so. I’ll plan to post those as well, but hopefully he pops back in before I finish those and I won’t need to post them. Hoping Drew returns renewed, and with some fresh material we’re all looking forward to. If you care to join in this session to start your Saturday, here are the comments he posted with this session below: “Day 40, Movement Is the Foundation. Forty days of consistent movement. What a foundation you’ve built. Movement truly is the base of our health, strength, balance, energy, and resilience. And we’re not done yet. We’ll continue through this week as the series carries on toward Easter. Set an intention for the days ahead. Step into this week knowing you’re already stronger, steadier, and more capable than when you began. Keep moving.“ https://youtu.be/JS2GHLqo5pI?is=UyehxbMnwsOG54C-

Thank you for posting for us, John! And thank you all for the encouraging comments. I recently picked up a tennis racket again after many years—it felt great, and I felt strong! A huge part of that is thanks to Drew's program. Thank you!
