Beautiful swan, Drew. Love the reflection. Today must be bird day. Here’s a mallard I snapped under the foot bridge on my walk today. Just spinning his wheels in the creek and enjoying the sun.
Functional Strength Builder
This was meant to be a quick 7–8 minute Friday session… but l just got lost in the movement. It turned into 15. Sometimes you plan the workout. Sometimes the workout carries you. I hope you get a little lost in it today also. Move well and remember, you are strong.

Loved starting slow & then finishing with a burst. Really enjoyed the overhead spine stretch, the “grocery” lunge & the last alternate leg lift. The final prayer in front of the old church was perfect, Drew. Enjoy your Friday everyone.

@Denny Fairchild I’ve been adding a little twist when I get to the top Denny, and a bit of a side bend. Alternating, actually. Try it out. Stretches the whole upper back.
