I'm not a fan of New Year's resolutions (they often fall short 😢). However, I do believe in setting clear goals, crafting a plan to achieve them, and reflecting on the journey. As we step into the new year, it's a perfect moment to look back on the past year. Analyse what worked and what didn’t, and set new goals accordingly. Remember, consistency is key. Achieving any goal requires time and steady effort. Small, consistent steps are far more effective than a complete overhaul.
