Beginning with the basic wardrobe.
I’m in the midst of assembling @Antonio O. Centeno’s 25-piece basic wardrobe. 2nd outfit is white polo + navy quarter-zip sweater, dark blue jeans, and brown brogues. Felt good; how did the fit look?

@William Wehrs & @Steven Hotchkiss - much appreciate the solid advice. I agree that the "mismatched" colors may clash - I hadn't considered that. I was striving for a look minimizing attention to my waistline, and smaller color distinctions between tops and bottoms seem to help there. However, your feedback points out that choosing complementary darks or lights, rather than simply monochrome, may accomplish the same goal and reduce that clash. Thanks!!!
