Here are a few different breathing techniques. Have you ever tried any of them? 🤔 I learned some of these over the years and one I used to use while running the Marine Corps PFT (I'm not sure where I got it from, but it worked for me).
I just started the 4 count box breathing. I use metronome to help my count. After I’m done I feel calmness in my mind and a restart. Is this my first breathing exercises.
