Motivation fades. Discipline doesn’t.
Stop waiting to feel ready. Start messy. Start unsure. Start scared. Clarity comes from action. Confidence comes from repetition. Results come from consistency. Keep showing up. 🔥

Ready is an action, not a moment.💯
We Are Water... 🌊
The human body is made up of water. Estimates range from 60%-70% All the way up to 90%-99% Consider that for a moment... 🤔 Then consider these words from Paul Cavel... ENJOY.🙏

@Tony Sibbald If you can imagine it, it's possible. There are A LOT of things we don't understand and almost NONE that we do.

@Maria Tereza Goncalves I'm not big on astrology either, lol. I see no reason not to believe that the greater universe can have an effect on us, but the astrology people haven't shown me any evidence that compels me to dive into it. We don't seem to understand a lot of things, so no matter the side you're on, if you're convinced you have it all figured out, that's suspect, iffy at best, lol. Water does seem to be the source of life as we know it.💯
What is your dream? What is your obstacle? 🤔
It may be CLOSER than you think! "Isolation is the Dream Killer!" This is ONE OF THE MOST POWERFUL THINGS I've ever heard and something that I reference often. WE ALL NEED CONNECTION and THIS IS WHAT COMMUNITY IS ALL ABOUT‼️🙏

@Jacob Bear LOL. Maybe literally nothing, but something has been stopping you. I know the struggle and the struggle is real.💯

@Tony Sibbald That was awhile ago but GSP couldn't handle Nick Diaz so there has always been attitude. BJ Penn is one of my all time favorites but he also had attitude.

@Tony Sibbald Maybe, I don't know. We all have different perspectives. I don't really see any difference in any of the eras other than that back in those days they didn't have the lighter weight classes (which are the most entertaining), the women were not very competitive, and of course now there are rounds and rules, lol. And it's more accepted now, it's been on TV and they FINALLY did away with PPV (at least in the U.S.).
Fix Anxiety in 7 Days⁉️ 🤯
Tai Chi (and exercise in general) can go a long way toward managing stress, anxiety, and overall energy levels. We all want to feel better (and/or great)! But there are some nutrients that can help as well because... What else are nutrients for?! Your body naturally makes some of it's own nutrients which is one of the reasons why exercise is so beneficial. It helps to make sure your machinery is operating properly and firing on all cylinders. The TLDR of the video: A study gave people: *2.64 G Lysine (an essential amino acid, meaning you need to get this from food) *2.64 G Arginine (a non-essential amino acid, meaning your body makes it, BUT it can be considered "semi-essential" or "conditionally essential", meaning either that your body doesn't make enough or that there are times when you need extra) *Split between 2 doses (morning & evening) Magnesium & Glycine (another non-essential amino acid that can be considered semi-essential or conditionally essential) are a couple of other nutrients that have been shown to help. Magnesium Glycinate is a popular supplement in which Magnesium has been bound to Glycine. It is said to help with sleep. Your best bet is usually to get all the nutrients you can from natural organic whole foods when you can. One ingredient. You can get most things from animal or plant sources depending on your preference, but some things are more readily bioavailable in certain forms (and some things are very hard to get from certain places). Also, beware of synthetic "vitamins" and things like GMOs. A food log is a good way to see if you're lacking in one area or another.

@Iskra Petrova Usually with anything, the answer is all of the above. Exercise only goes so far if you eat a bunch of junk. Nutrition only goes so far if you're sedentary. You require Vitamin D which mostly comes from being out in the sun. And so on. So a holistic approach is most likely to have the most benefit.🙏

@Tony Sibbald Natural is usually better. It should at least be the first step.
