Hey, I'm new here. I was looking for something like this to better connect with others. I've been listening to a lot of books just trying to improve my attitude. I may be older... as in 50+ but I feel young for my age and open to changing things that need to be changed. I am getting better at connecting with others. Sometimes I am good at listening and responding, other times I lose patience and explode to those I love the most. Sometimes I think it's because I'm not processing my emotions regularly or developing healthy connections with anyone. I hope to find some help here.
