Hi everyone! My name is Felipe Guastelli. I'm Environmental Engineer from Brazil and I'm work for a big cosmetic company here (Natura) which is a huge reference in the sustainability. I'm looking for to reinforce my authority as a sustainability specialist here in Brazil. My challenge is to balance between promotion of my personal image but respecting my link with my company. For example, I can't show too much about my backstage because I work in confidencial projects. But I'm trying some formats to find this balance. I started to invest more time in LinkedIn 3 months ago. Since then, I got 1.100 more followers (from 4.415 to 5541). My goal is to achieve 7k until the final of this year. My long term goal is to achieve 10k or who knows 20k someday 😄 Searching for guidance in this journey in found @Alex Colhoun content in YouTube and here I'm in this community 😁
