Everytime I go on the Assistable website the orb echos. Is it just me or does that happen because there is a high volume of folks ?

Are you testing on mobile or desktop. We have a reported issue for this happening when testing ORB via phone. Our dev team is notified about it but we do not have a fix for this yet
Update User Details Not Working - Support Did Not Help
I have tried 10 different ways to get my voice bot (Orb) to create a contact and book the appointment. It has only worked ONCE. I spoke with support and they were not help and never go back to me. Here is my prompt: ##SCHEDULE CALL 10. You are to get them to schedule a REAL call with Isaac to learn how they can get Roxy. We are currently taking on 10 new companies under the beta pricing. a. Collect: first name, last name, phone, email, and time zone. Call the tool update_user_details to save the information. -Always confirm phone -ALWAYS ask them to spell out their email and then repeat it back SLOWLY, ensuring phonetic clarity. Example: "for your email, did i get it right as m-a-d-h-u-r-j-y-a at g-m-a-i-l dot c-o-m?" b. Ask them for their preferred date and time for the consultation, and use the get_availability tool to confirm the slot is open. c. Once a suitable date and time are found, use the book_appointment tool to schedule the consultation. d. If you schedule the consultation use the appointment_requested tool to add a tag to the contact.

@Isaac Cheatham we have known issue for caches and cookies for the ORB. Can you go to iframe.ai and clear caches and cookies from the web page option. You can reach out to support for further guidance for it.
How To Test/Sample Voice Ai
I have looked everywhere (I think?) - I can not seem to find where we can sample/test the voice ai before having to call the number or put it in an orb? My client wants to go through and hear a bunch of voices, is there not a button for this?

You can do it in the voice lab. Select a voice and than in the voice test it

hey guys, i run an ai agency, and previously used other tools such as vapi, but they have failed me so im trying out assistable and based off how it goes for this client, i may switch for all new ones, with that being said, i have a few questions. - this client has a large list of leads he wants to reactivate, how many calls can he do per day, whats the limit, and can it be done with one number or does he need multiple. - 2nd question based off that, when purchasing some numbers of assistable.ai it showed they are most likely spam, does that i mean i should purchase a number from GHL since we will also be sending sms as well, so it would need to be a2p approved. ideally i want 1 number for both calling and sms - if he has his own ghl account, he wont need my crm, how can i import the assistable to it - and i was a bit confused regarding the billing, so i know each call minute is 7 cents, and each text is 2 cents right, but i saw some where about needing an open ai api key, why do i need that, etc @Jorden Williams @Assistable Team @Assistable Ai thanks! looking forward to hearing soon to get this project started

Hey @Hamzah Deejay welcome to Assistable.ai, we are so grateful to you for your support. Here are the answers to your questions: 1. Daily calling limits + number requirements There’s no hard “daily cap” imposed by Assistable itself — you can run very large calling campaigns. The real limiter is carrier reputation. If you push too many outbound calls in a short window from a *single* number, carriers may start flagging it. You can set up drip mode for outbound calling in GHL workflow as 1 call/min and you hopefully won't land into any limit errors. Most agencies either: - Use 1 number if the volume is moderate, or - Use a number pool (2 - 5 rotating numbers) for very large batches to keep the call reputation healthy. Assistable supports number pools right inside the platform. 2. “Spam likely” warnings when purchasing numbers Those warnings are there to flag numbers that may already have poor reputation before you buy them. Importing Assistable into a client’s existing GHL account Totally possible. Your client doesn’t need your CRM — you simply connect Assistable directly to their GHL sub-account from your agency workspace. Just Bought New Account
Hi guys, i just bought new account and I tried to connect it with my GHL account and it shared this error. I deleted my sub account from Assistable and now I am stuck there, system is saying it will take 48 hours to reactive my account. is anyone there can help me? and I just connected one sub account and why its saying i am over limit?

@Daniel Akinbiyi The archive lock can be overruled once and we let clients know this while unarchiving it one-time for them. If already unarchive done once we will not be able to do it again unless there is a good reason for the urgency
