Yoga + Protein Snack + Balance 🟠 Step 1: Workout + Meditation Yoga: ❌ Workout: Gym ✅ Workout time: 1 hour 30 minutes Meditation: ✅ Meditation time: 3 minutes 🟠 Step 2: Protein snack 🥚 Protein snack rule followed: ⚠️ mostly What I ate: • 1 small plate fruit chaat (no added sugar) • Added 1 date for natural sweetness 🟠 Step 3: Balance challenge ⚖️ Balance done: ✅ Seconds: 30 seconds Note: left side was a little tough but completed 🟠 Step 4: Steps Steps: Completed ✅ / 5500 Meals 🍽️ Breakfast: • Half naan • Haleem • 2 boiled eggs (for protein) • 1 cup tea without sugar Snack: • Small plate fruit chaat (no sugar, mindful portion) • 1 date added for sweetness Note: Since I didn’t take protein at snack time, I planned to have a full protein-rich dinner. Dinner: • Planned to eat protein at dinner • Had to visit the dentist • Doctor advised no chewing for 3 hours • Feeling hungry but avoiding solid food for safety 🟠 Step 5: Gratitude 🤍 Gratitude Day 5 🤍 1.
