Thatās what this picture represents. My Strava shows nearly 2,200 miles run this year and over 200,000 feet of climbing. All of it to prepare for a 100 mile race Iāll be running in less than two weeks. But hereās the reality: Iāve done this while working full-time as a flight nurse and medic, running a business, raising three kids who are in school and sports, and being heavily involved in my church, including playing on the worship band. This isnāt to brag. Itās accountability. Itās proof that discipline works. No, I donāt expect anyone here to run 100 miles or log this kind of training. But I do want you to hear thisāthere is more than enough time to take care of yourself physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Discipline is the difference-maker. Discipline beats motivation every single time. And itās something you can build, no matter where youāre starting from. Thatās why Iām creating the Discipline Masterclass. Itās coming out in the next month, and Iām giving it away for free. Iām not here to make moneyāIām here to help you build the life and health you deserve. So hereās my ask: lean in. Drop a comment below about one area where you want to grow in discipline. And if youāve got friends or family in healthcare who need this kind of encouragement, invite them to join this community. Weāre stronger together. Letās build a disciplined life that honors our calling. Soaty
