Happy Monday Y’all! Hope you have had a wonderful weekend and are ready for an amazing Thanksgiving holiday! You all will run into many stressors over this holiday weekend and all I want you to remember is “BREATH TO THRIVE”. Traffic, family, delays, burned food, etc… can cause a lot of stress. I get it! Remember not to be reactive and collect yourselves before responding! “When you own your breath, nobody can steal your peace.” I also found this brief article on stress which I thought you all would find interesting from the Harvard Medical School. https://www.health.harvard.edu/staying-healthy/understanding-the-stress-response

Friday Bright Spots 10/11
Happy Friday! If you feel comfortable please feel free to share your bright spots from the week! 1) This was a very up and down week for me! Have had to make some career changes, which is both scary and exciting at the same time! 2) Was able to get in some solid workouts and recovery before I traveled! 3) Being able to work on a few projects for STFL, which I will launch in a couple of week! 4) Working on my book! Yup, I’m writing a book on mindset and life choices! 3) Getting the opportunity to come to London, 🇬🇧 for the first time in years!

Happy Friday! It's been a hot here in Barbados, making it an extremely tiring week as a new variety store opened for us, been alot of heavy lifting, etc. And started reading my book again, thanks Shaye!

OCTOBER CHALLENGE
Happy Sunday, I hope everyone is doing well and ready for our first challenge. This month our challenge is going to be for the MIND. Over the next 21 days, I would like to see y'all read 10 pages of a book. You may be reading one now or haven't read one in a while, and that's okay. Just pick up a book and read 10 pages. Find a book about something you are interested in or light reading. Go ahead and post a picture of the book you are reading and/or any suggestions for others to read. Add a 👍 when you have completed your 10 pages everyday.

For me, it's not about finding it; as I move through each day, every act, I attain peace in every aspect of my life. Deep breaths always. Taking a walk, running and working out are all additions to compliment my "Pace for Peace." (Feel free to use that for an event, btw, haha) I may not be there physically but spiritually I am at peace with likeminded individuals. Keep up the great work everyone and thank you Shaye! Bless
