BAM ⭐
Most people chase motivation, thinking it comes before action - but in reality, motivation is often the result of action. The smallest step, taken consistently, builds confidence and momentum. You don’t need to feel 100% ready. You just need to move. Whether it's a 10-minute walk, one healthy meal, or showing up to train when you don’t feel like it - action creates clarity. Start small, stay consistent, and let the motivation catch up to you.

Hot take 🔥
Most people could 10x their results if they just: → Learnt how to eat from home (coffee out is fine, relax ☕) → Trained from home 4x per week for 30 mins → Saved $$$ on groceries with a plan But society says: 🥑 You need two avo toast meals per week 🍸 $25 cocktails are a vibe 🏋️‍♂️ You must have a gym membership Sure, the gym is optimal and eating out is fun but... If you’re serious about results, you can go deep with minimal, save cash, and still get insane progress - with the right coach/team in your corner. Just sayin' 💬

It's so true. Making even the smallest changes in our habits and routine will work well but it's taking the first step which scares alot of people. Even I was like yea I'll do it all or nothing and it has to be perfect if not then what's the point. But that is more likely to fail rather than making small changes that you can stick to. Our worst habit is probably wanting to see instant results from the smallest change which is not realistic 😅 consistency always wins
Why I’m So Pro-Fasting (Since So Many of You Asked)
Fasting isn’t about eating less — it’s about eating smarter. It gives your body more food when you actually need it, not just out of habit. Plus, the science is clear: fasting supports cell repair, reduces inflammation, and boosts longevity. Think of it as hitting the reset button - for your body and your future.

It works best for me. For some reason I always enjoy fasted workouts in the morning I kind of feel more alert and focused but if I eat and go gym even like after hours of eating a meal or a small snack before gym I don't feel that focused like I just would rather not workout 😅 even though my energy overall is higher but my focus and alertness I guess not so much. Also fasting I eat twice a day and eat 2 big high protein meals so alot more satisfying. Can't wait to bulk lol that's gonna be so fun 😂
My Story (and why I care so damn much) ⭐
I grew up playing AFL. From early on, I was told, “Get in the gym or you’ll never make it.”That kind of comment used to light a fire in me-and to be honest, it still does. So, I hit the gym. Got stronger. Got fitter. But somewhere along the way, I realised it wasn’t the footy field that gave me purpose... it was the gym it was health. Performance. Growth. Helping others chase their potential. That passion turned into a business. My first ever client? She was 50kg overweight, going through menopause, and had every reason to throw in the towel-but she didn’t. She lost it all. Her story still gives me chills. I kept going. Eventually, I was so busy with face-to-face clients… but something felt off. People were training hard but not dialling in their nutrition. I wasn’t satisfied. So, I pivoted. Took everything online. Backed myself. Then I made the best decision yet-I moved to the ocean, to the Gold Coast, where I could coach better, live better, and breathe deeper. And I’ve been with Olivia since we were little kids. 15 and 16 years old (yep, she’s the cougar 😂).We’ve been through some testing times-one of the hardest being our journey to have a child. I had zero sperm. She had a low egg count. We were told, “This may never happen.”But we kept going now… we have our beautiful girl. And everything is sweeter because of the struggle. My values are simple:Help people feel genuinely good in a world that constantly tries to drain you. If losing fat makes you feel better-let’s go. If you need someone in your corner to talk to-I'm here. If you want to learn-I'll study with you. Right now, I’m the happiest I’ve ever been. But this only works if you’re in it with me. My biggest goal? Grow this community into something we’re all proud of. A place where you’re heard. Supported. Seen. So tell me… what’s your story? Nothing’s TMI in here. Let’s go deep. 👇 @Sam McMahon @Michael Sharlassian @Michael Fletcher @Anum Qazi @Bhavya Nanjundappa @Domenique Elfar @Lisa Prentice you're up first.

Damn! A lot of info but thanks for sharing. You have definitely been through alot and it shows why you care so much cause you genuinely wanna support and be there for others. Really cool 😎 glad to have you 😀 I've also now lost 50kg so I'm 103kg now from 153kg 😃 going for 10 to 12% body fat which for me as I've calculated should be around 87 to 88kg. I'm gonna do my best to reach that by Aug 28 that's my target for now.
🔥 10 Days Into Maintenance — The Power of a Little Bit More
Hey team, We’re 10 days into this maintenance phase, and I’ve got to say - it’s wild how impactful small changes can be. I haven’t overhauled my life. I’m not doubling my carbs or skipping movement. But here’s what’s been a game changer for my body and mindset: - Extra 20g of bread at lunch — just enough to feel fully satisfied and not counting the minutes until my next meal. - A tablespoon of peanut butter instead of a teaspoon — you’d be shocked how that 60 extra calories keeps cravings quiet later in the day. - Milk in my coffee — not just about macros. It feels like a treat... - Slightly fewer steps, just enough to stop chasing fatigue. Still moving, just smarter. None of these are dramatic. But they’re compounding, in energy, mood, digestion, sleep, recovery. Here’s the value I want to add today:👉 Maintenance isn’t a pause. It’s a skill it’s where your body learns to trust you. It’s where your metabolism thrives, not just survives. 👉 You’re not “undoing” your work. You’re cementing it. 👉 You’re not being lazy — you’re being strategic. This phase is where long-term success is built. Not when you’re grinding. When you’re nourishing, maintaining, and building capacity for your next phase. Take the win. Feel the difference. Let your body know it’s safe.Because this — right here — is where the magic happens. Who else is keen for their maintenance phase? @Anum Qazi @Domenique Elfar @Livy Sawtell @Megs White @Renee Morgan @Michael Fletcher @Michael Sharlassian @Sam McMahon @Sammie Parkhouse
