Aphorism #1
“Choosing what is unique to you hides what is unique in you" Author: A me from sometime ago. I like how writing helps me reflect, and I especially enjoy arriving at paradoxes or question marks that lead me back to silence—or to a state of suspension that is simultaneously one of clarity, suspense, and wonder. I’m sharing this aphorism—which once led me to that very place—in the hope that it might help someone else reflect and find their own inner space; please feel free to share something or leave a comment.

I love this aphorism. Very useful to remind myself that no effort is needed, or intention, just relax and be gentle and the flower blooms. thank you

hello! I can very much relate with that struggle. also on the path of building a new identity. some days is hard. for me, if that might help, its a sudden awareness of my real self. Not so much about words and trying to figure it out. i just wanted to mention there's a video of Mooji "An invitation to Freedom" and he talks about this topic, that habit of the mind of going back to the past. Just in case it might bring inspiration.
I love this space
I just felt this gratitude well up in me. I don’t always feel overwhelmingly comfortable sharing my insights or helping others because I categorize it as none of my business or that they won’t respect or take me seriously or they will not value what I have to share and it would be a waste of effort or even that I need to conserve my energy as much as possible (possibly a survival mechanism)…. Anyway…. I feel drawn to support and share deeply with people in this space. I feel connected to you people. Thank you for being here ♥️🫶🥹

Betrayal and Spirituality
I’ve been off of this channel for a while. I’m going through what feels like the most painful experience of my life right now, and I’m looking for some spiritual advice. I wake up every morning thinking about the betrayal and heartbreak, and my first thought is often, “I just want to wake up from this nightmare.” I haven’t been able to work properly, and this has been affecting me enormously. My life feels completely shattered. My best friend Matt and I have been close for 17 years. I trusted him with my life. He had been there for me through previous betrayals and had actually helped me heal from them, so I never imagined that he could be the person who would hurt me this way. I was in a relationship with Vanessa for about five years. It was a very deep, loving relationship, but also very unstable and painful at times. There was a strong push-pull dynamic. She told me many times that she loved me, that I was the only one, that she wanted to marry me and have children with me, and that she couldn’t stay away from me. We had many genuinely happy moments together. I have pictures of us laughing and being happy together that are very difficult to look at now. I was also there for Vanessa through some of the lowest periods of her life. I supported her when she was in the hospital for her mental health and when she was struggling. I believed in her and saw potential in her even when she was at her lowest. Eventually she ended the relationship and told me it was unhealthy for her and that she didn’t want to get back together. I struggled a lot with letting go because I still loved her and had hoped we could eventually work things out. I’ve been trying to work on myself, especially around attachment, my emotional reactions, meditation, surrender, and trusting God/the universe rather than trying to control outcomes. After our breakup, Matt needed a place to stay because of his work situation. He asked if it would be okay for him to stay with Vanessa for a maximum of three months. I said yes because I trusted him completely. He was my buddy and needed somewhere to stay. Her place was much closer to his work than mine, so it made sense. I also secretly hoped that having my best friend there might somehow help Vanessa and me find our way back to each other.

Hello, I can so relate with betrayals of significant ones including family partner contracts... it's been 6 years non stop. I now start to feel like I want to stop going back to these thoughts that literally make me sick. It's exhausting. Also some days I feel better and here s the key, it works. It works when I focus on myself even if it's hard and bring my full attention to take care of myself and what's real in the present moment. Then all that trash just stays back there where it belongs , the past. So I see you and really relate to that horrible nightmare.
Hello From Spain 🌞
Time to introduce myself. I am originally from Denmark but have lived in Spain for 6 years with husband and 4 kids❤️ My spiritual path for the first 47 years of my live was rocket and not really connected. The last year I know exactly why. The consuming of processed food cluttered my signal.and the last year I've cleared the signal eating only 1 ingredient food. I am now able to live highly connected to myself to spirit and my intuition. Much love to you all ❤️

Hi Miranda, I can so relate with getting cluttered due to some foods. I feel this way and I absolutely need to be in nature and nice nutrition in order to feel connected. Otherwise I get so confused. One food perhaps I can't do, but definitely restricting too many intake is so relieving.
