Hi, I am Erum. I am doing 9 to 5. My age is 32 (single) my height is 5’3 and my weight is 72kg. I am facing low metabolism and strength. It’s been years and years i always go for diet and i mean healthy diet but in a mid i always left, even i get close to my ideal weight. I hope this time i could achieve my ideal weight by sticking this community.
