I have to be honest, I haven’t done anything in this program in about a week. After my horrible period last weekend I really lost momentum and have been struggling to get back to it. I’ve also been traveling in Florida since Wednesday. I was visiting my friend for a few days and today I met up with my family to spend the next few days here with them. It has been refreshing to soak up some sun, but I haven’t had much chill downtime, and the time with friends turned into a bit of a party fest which was fun in the moment but I’ve been feeling down and regretful about some of my choices now that it’s past. Alcohol really is no longer serving me and it’s gotten me in a bit of a funk. I’m feeling pretty upset about neglecting this program and getting off track, when I was off to such a strong start. Trying to find my way back and create some sense of a routine for myself.

I started this week off strong, listening to the audios, getting daily movement in, and feeling more present. I dropped off at the end of the week when I started feeling horrible period symptoms. I think I have some underlying hormonal imbalances, because my cramps have been so horrible that they are quite debilitating for a day or two. I’m looking forward to getting back on track this week and my goal is to focus more on eating well to support my hormone health so that next month’s cycle can feel better. I second what Laurie said, loving the simplicity of this program and the big impact it can have!

I started my period early this morning so yesterday I was feeling pretty low energy and had a lot of cramps. I didn’t do much, just took it easy and rested. Today I am feeling even worse so I’m trying to just lean into more rest and not put pressure on myself to feel like I need to get anything done. It can be so hard to truly rest when I have so many things I want/ need to get done but I know resting now will help me feel better later. Going to at least try to listen to the audio and maybe a meditation later while laying in bed

I started my day with a walk in Corbetts Glen with a friend which was so lovely! I am trying to lean more into accepting and enjoying winter and it felt so nice to get outside despite the cold. I ate breakfast out with my friend and had a family birthday party in the evening so I didn’t eat the best but overall it was a great day with great company, my cup is filled 💕

I ate 2 balanced and healthy meals today which felt so good in my body! I also did the workout today. I’m loving how approachable and basic the workouts are, while still creating a good burn! Through the boundaries chats I’m realizing that I’m good at setting boundaries with others, but not very good at upholding my own boundaries with myself a lot of times. Just something to notice and keep working on
