๐Ÿ“ต Take a Break from the Scroll โ€” Your Mind Will Thank You ๐Ÿง โœจ
Sometimes we get so caught up in snapping, scrolling, and double-tapping that we forget to just be. Taking even a short break from your screen can: ๐Ÿ’ค Help you sleep better ๐Ÿ’ฌ Improve your real-life convos ๐ŸŒณ Boost your mood (yes, going outside actually helps) ๐ŸŽจ Spark creativity you didnโ€™t know you had ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™‚๏ธ Reduce stress & anxiety Challenge: Try 1 hour today without your phone. Read. Draw. Walk. Nap. Chill with friends. See what happens. You might just love it! Let me know how you get on in the comments!

Love this advice. I spend at least 1 day a week where I don't check my phone at all. I make sure I have a watch and leave my phone in another room for the whole day. It really helps to focus on other activities and makes it feel like I have a lot more time in my hands !
Introduction
Hi, my name is Colin and I have two twin girls. I am looking for support with English Literature. My one daughter does not get how to revise quotations and the other can't analyse. I want them to be able to get a level 4 or 5. Not really the top grades but just enough for them to go to college or university if they want to. I won't upload a pictre of the girls as they won't be happy ๐Ÿ˜‚

๐ŸŒž Summer English Focus โ€“ What Are You Working On?
Hey everyone! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป Summerโ€™s the perfect time to slow down, reflect, and maybe sharpen your English skills without the pressure of deadlines or school bells. Whether you're traveling, relaxing, or grinding away at goals, here are a few focus areas you could dive into over the summer: ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Speaking Fluency โ€“ Try daily conversation practice, even 10 minutes a day. ๐Ÿ“š Reading for Pleasure โ€“ Pick up novels, short stories, or even graphic novels. Anything that keeps you turning pages builds vocabulary and comprehension naturally. โœ๏ธ Creative Writing or Journaling โ€“ Write a daily or weekly journal. Not only will it improve your grammar and structure, but itโ€™s also a great mental reset. ๐ŸŽง Listening Comprehension โ€“ Podcasts, audiobooks, or binge-watching a series with subtitles off can help tune your ear to real-life English. ๐Ÿ”ค Grammar Refresh โ€“ If you feel like tightening up your grammar, focus on just one area each week. Keep it light and practical. Now I'm curious โ€“ Whatโ€™s your English focus this summer? Drop it in the comments below so we can share tips, keep each other motivated, and maybe even pair up for practice! Letโ€™s make the most of these summer months ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐ŸŒด

Love this! Never underestimate what a little reading, writing and listening can do for you. Even when it doesn't have to do with your exams or classroom material, all these skills are important and the options above really provide some fun ways to practice them ๐Ÿ˜Š
