WEEK: PRESSURE + PARTNERSHIP
Morning Everyone!! Two weeks have passed, and as expected, some of you have already given up. You couldn’t handle the weight of consistency, and that’s the truth. This week is anchored on Pressure & Performance. Pressure reveals who you really are, it either cracks you, or it forges you. So here’s what we're doing as we advance: 👉 You’re not running this race alone anymore, this week, we’re introducing Accountability Partners. Someone in this group will be tied to your performance. At this point your discipline now sets the pace do not let your brother down because Every rep you own is pressure off your brother, every slip is weight he has to carry.” Pressure + partnership = performance. That’s the formula. Stay sharp. Stay consistent. Don’t give me “almost.” Don’t give me “tomorrow.” Week 3 starts now. Day 8 ☑️ In - 8/25/2025
Up at 3:45 am Daily Devotional 5 am workout - lifting, upper / lower, core. Work calls all day, a long one. Read 10 pages Normal diet: high protein, eggs, lean beef, chicken. Dinner was Mexican but kept it pretty light. Family time. Late errand. 9:30 pm getting ready for bed.
