5 am workout - lifting, upper / lower, core.
Work calls all day, a long one.
Read 10 pages
Normal diet: high protein, eggs, lean beef, chicken.
Dinner was Mexican but kept it pretty light.
Family time.
Late errand.
9:30 pm getting ready for bed.
