First-time real estate investor; building a portfolio of owned & operated properties in the Tampa, FL area. Recently graduated from University of FL's Real Estate Masters Program. Interested in small bay & flex due to (1) strong demand, (2) multi-tenant diversification, (3) approachable entry-level property prices, (4) simple construction.
