@Yvette Lewis great job on this. It's a great story. A few things I would consider is setting up the listener for the story. Right now, it's linear. (this happen, then this, then this, then this.) I would start with the the struggle right after the incident. Explain how that wasn't always your life. Then tell us what your life was. Bring us back around to the struggle, then bring it home with the new life.

@Nicole Nabors I love it. I would start with the "I help people dance again" part. I think that's the hook. "I teach people to dance again...but not what you might think...imagine this...[on with the story]

First of all...great job! You did it. You did the thing. And congratulations on the book. That was work in itself and surely an accomplishment. Now here come the iterations for improvement. Video is such a powerful medium, but can work for you...or not at all. Here is my take... I definitely use some storytelling. I don't mean tell the story, I mean the structure. Start with the pain. Any woman who would read your book or learn from you, what are they thinking, feeling, or dealing with? Start there. "If you have ever thought....said... experienced...felt..." Tell them that you "see" them. Then show them you are on their level...."Before I wrote this book...or...before I found myself again...this is where I was...what I did...who I was...etc." Continue with ..."I tried this..I thought that...people tried to help this way or that way...but what really helped was when I did this...thought that...or found this..." Here is where it gets fun.. then tell them things that only they can relate to ... "You've probably tried this...or that...or heard to try this ...or that..." Show that you have actually been there by bringing things up that only they can relate to. Then tell them what you did, or what you found and how you want to share it. and why you wrote it...who you wrote it for...and what you hope they will get out of it. Hope this helps.
